So, after the usual Chinese delivery coma, followed up with fighting like hyena's over the last crab rangoon, there is always this guy, lurking in the fridge...
This time, I actually have THIS gal, lurking in the fridge with an expiration date of tomorrow

This recipe works as well as any other, makes 4 -6 servings:
2 c leftover cooked white rice
3 c milk - cream, milk, half n half, combination thereof
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
sprinkle nutmeg, fresh ground, if you can
Combine cooked rice, milk, sugar and salt in a microwave safe dish, with a lid. I use this. It's deep with rounded sides for stirring... and goes through the dishwasher like a dream.
Microwave in 4 minute intervals, at 50% power (about 4 times til it gets less soupy). Get impatient, put on 8 minute interval, you get this
