Just hit the easy dinner button

Putting a pork roast in a crockpot is the very definition of "dinner easy". I bought a "4 pack" for about $19 at Costco. Pre-portioned, just have to cut the plastic to separate them. This is already too easy.
On Tuesday, I cut up vegetables for 3 meals, including this one. My prep work for this meal is already done.
Get bags of veggies out: 1 head of cabbage, cut into 1/4's. White and sweet potatoes cut into chunks.
Layer ingredients into crockpot. Potatoes on bottom.
Pork roast in middle. Seasoned liberally with Northwoods blend. (use lots.)
Cabbage tucked in around roast. Smeared a little butter on cabbage and sprinkled with toasted onion powder.
Turn on crockpot for 4 hours on high (which will kick over for 4-5 hours on warm).
Remove roast from slow cooker, allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing or else you'll have dry, tough meat.
Slice and serve with potatoes and cabbage

With this simple a meal, you'll also have a little time to
